From the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door, our aim is simple:
To deliver healthy, happy plants that are ready to thrive in their new home.

📦 Carefully Packed
Every order is carefully prepared to help protect your plants during their journey.
Each plant is securely packaged using appropriate protective materials to minimise movement and help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Where needed, additional seasonal protection may be used during particularly warm or cold weather.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
We avoid dispatching plants immediately before weekends or bank holidays whenever possible, helping to reduce the amount of time plants spend in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation so you know it's on its way.
(You can update these dispatch times as your business grows.)

🌱 Live Plant Promise
Plants are living things, meaning every one is beautifully unique.
Natural variations in size, shape, colour and variegation are completely normal and make every plant special.
While we cannot guarantee every leaf will look identical to the product photographs, we do promise to send healthy, well-established plants that meet our quality standards.

💚 If Something Isn't Right
We take great care when packing every order, but occasionally problems can happen during transit.
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the plant
- Photographs of the packaging
We'll always do our best to find a fair and helpful solution.

❄️ Seasonal Shipping
The British weather can be unpredictable.
During periods of extreme hot or cold weather we may delay dispatch by a short time to help protect your plants.
If this happens, we'll always keep you informed.

🌿 Plant Care After Arrival
When your new plant arrives:
- Carefully unpack it as soon as possible.
- Allow it a few days to settle into its new environment.
- Avoid repotting immediately unless necessary.
